2011 Welcome
We are very proud to announce that there will be a lot of big changes for the Championship Mud Racing series in the upcoming 2011 race season!
The first one being that the CMR is now under new ownership for 2011. The new owners are Mark Kelly and Clay Wylie.
The next big change for 2011 will be to put as much as possible of the sponsor money that CMR receives, back into the pockets of the racers! The CMR hopes to make this year's payouts some of the biggest ones ever paid out during a point series race season! The racers and sponsors are the ones that make this and any points series possible. Our goal this year is to do our best to make sure that both the sponsors and the racers get the most that they can for their investments and involvement in this series. Mark and Clay's main objective is to keep the CMR alive, and to help in every way possible that they can, to keep the sport of ATV mud racing moving forward in a positive direction.
There are a lot of things that will not change for the 2011 race season, starting with the high professional standards that the CMR will continue to display throughout the 2011 race season. This is one of the most important aspects in the new owner's eyes that must remain at the highest level possible. Second, are the high goals that we are going to set for this race season. We want to do all we can to make this year, the best one yet, and then to continue the same for every year to come after this one! We continue to have the support of all of the parks and venues that we have been to in the past with the CMR, and look forward to working with all of them again. With everyone working as a whole, hopefully we can continue to enjoy the sport that we all love so much.
